RETURN POLICY 

1.Not Happy with Your Order

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Please contact the Customer Service team, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. 

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your Paypal or Credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION

1. Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders

If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via support@cherubWonders.com For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

2. Cancelling Shipped-out Order

If you cancel your order while the package has already been dispatched or is on its way to its destination, sorry we have no way to cancel your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Late or missing refunds

If your package is not received after 50 days, it will be regarded as lost, please contact us by email at support@cherubWonders.com or online customer service, and send us the order number for inquiries. If the package is lost, we will give a full refund or resend a new one. package to you.
